    When you think of an in-home chef experience, you hope to maybe taste something new or maybe it's something familiar but the expectation is that either way it would be delicious. Somehow Chef Kim manages to check off EVERY SINGLE BOX when it comes to your culinary dreams.

  • My wife hired Chef Kim (CK) for our wedding anniversary, because we were in the midst of a lockdown and with a newborn, didn’t feel comfortable dining out. CK was very thorough and asked us a ton of questions from what our favorite dishes were, how willing were we to try something new, and were there any dietary restrictions; just to name a few.

  • After deciding on the menu, CK went ahead and purchased all of our groceries and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. She even went the extra mile to make sure the items were organic and to our dietary preferences. She arrived at our house with all the necessary cooking supplies and got to work.

  • Throughout the night we had five incredible courses that were a mixture of our tastes and CK’s input. We started with a bruschetta, then a tuna tartare, after that was a twist on a caesar Salad, the main course was her own version of Lomo Saltado, and finished the night with a fresh & light cake with roasted berries.

  • Every single dish was a 10/10 but just to underscore that point, I don’t like tuna nor have I ever ordered tuna tartare from a restaurant. I not only finished my portion but asked Kim for extra and the recipe. I made it for a group of friends a few weeks later and everyone loved it!

  • The food was incredible but if I am being honest, the company was just as great. If you’re lucky enough to know or get around Chef Kim you will fully understand what I am trying to say. Chef Kim has a calming presence and makes the whole experience fun. She has no qualms with asking her about the ingredients, tools she was using, and as I stated before sharing the recipe.
