About Chef Kim

Kimberly Walker, aka Chef Kim, is a private chef based in Miami, FL. She decided to pursue an education and vocation centered around gastronomy in 2005. Since then, she completed a degree program in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management and later another in Hospitality Management. Though she is well versed in other cuisines, Caribbean flavors naturally often make their way into the first-generation American's dishes. She delights in providing her clients with unique and positively memorable culinary experiences. Kim is currently the 2nd VP of the Miami chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), is on the National Advisory Council for Just Call Me Chef (JCMC), and is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). She named her brand, Harmonizing Flavors™ as a nod to her love & affinity for music.

Outside of the kitchen, Kim is a proud New York native, has been playing the saxophone for over twenty years, and thoroughly enjoys being an auntie to her favorite humans on the planet.
